Without a doubt the best decision we made surrounding the birth of our son was hiring Tatiana. She is warm and kind and supportive. She immediately created amazing teamwork with the nurses. She advocated for us and was completely on it to make sure the hospital staff followed our birth plan exactly and was clear and calm in explaining when she recommended a deviation due to a specific situation. After the birth when we were nervous about being parents for the first time, runing on adrenaline, and anxious about how hard breastfeeding was, she came over and helped us with breastfeeding and reassured us and made us feel a million times better. She is amazing, and assuming we go for round 2, there's no question we will be return clients!
