They supported us through pregnancy by being available to answer questions about upcoming doctor appointments, symptoms I was experiencing and general questions that we had about what to expect. Then through labour and delivery both Liz and Valeka were so supportive! It was especially helpful to have them there to help guide my husband in how he can best support me. Their calmness and experience was an amazing presence to have with us. They taught us both so much in prep for our birth, from what to expect, how to cope with the sensations of labour and how to advocate for ourselves. Ultimately our labour and delivery went so well and we can’t thank them enough for the part they played in getting us there. At our post partum appointments both Liz and Valeka were a great sounding board to listen to what we were going through and to offer suggestions and additional support. I truly can’t recommend their services enough! Thank you both!!
