When finding out we were pregnant with our second baby we knew we wanted a different birth story than we had with our first. We interviewed several Doula’s in the Treasure Valley area and all of them were lovely but when we came across Leah, I knew we had found our person. Her values, education, energy and compassion were exactly what I was looking for in a Doula. She not only educated myself as well as my husband, she brought such peace and confidence to my pregnancy and labor and delivery. The day that I went into labor and delivered our baby boy was amazingly fast. Leah met us at the birthing center and it took me a few to get back into the groove of delivering him, Leah leaned down and prayed into my ear and with this and one final push, our boy was here! My husband and I like to laugh and call it the “$1,400 prayer”. We highly recommend Leah and if we decide to have any more babies, we will definitely be using her in the future!
