Jena brings so much wisdom and soothing energy to her work, I will always be grateful that we found her to help with the home birth of our baby girl. She made my husband and me feel so much more comfortable leading up to the birth with supportive yoga sessions, her knowledge of the birth process and range of experiences she has seen, along with various hypnobirthing and movement techniques that really helped me while laboring. She was by my side every moment I needed her and gave me space when it felt safe, and she also gave my husband instruction how to best support me during labor as well, which all felt natural and peaceful.
