Rebekah is the most amazing doula and person. I had an unmedicated birth with my first son and wanted unmedicated birth with my second. I connected with Rebekah immediately via zoom. I knew I wanted her to be my doula. She has so much knowledge about labor/birth and postpartum. When we met, she showed me different labor positions and labor tools such as a birth comb and tens unit. We went through my birth plan and she guided me with each step.
When I went into labor I was able to call her and she walked me through what to except and how to manage and time my contractions. She came to my house and we used the tens unit to help manage my contractions. At the hospital I was able to lean on her to breathe through my contractions. She made sure I was hydrated and stuck to my birth plan. I was able to successfully birth my baby unmedicated because of all her guidance and encouraging words!
