Leanna is a natural doula and an incredible asset during labor and birth. I recently had the pleasure of having Leanna as my doula for my fourth baby, and I couldn't imagine doing it without her. She has an instant calming energy, an amazing intuition, and helps you tap into your own intuition. We called her to our house early in the morning, but by the time she arrived my labor had stalled. She stayed with me for a couple hours, and eventually decided she should go help another client since nothing was happening with me.. with a little bit of rest, my labor came back with a force. I told Leanna that I felt I might need to head to the hospital soon, so she called me to listen to my labor. After a short conversation and one big contraction she helped me decide it was time to head in. At the hospital, I was already in transition and needing lots of comfort measures. Leanna was there by my side providing some light touch massage, a cold roller on my sacrum, offering sips of water, providing ice cold washcloths and giving words of encouragement. Once baby made her appearance, she was by my side through my hemorrhage (which was super scary) and took some amazing photos that we will cherish forever. Leanna made our experience as comfortable as possible, and I couldn't recommend her more!
