As someone who has struggled with anxiety for much of my life, it’s no surprise that the idea of giving birth brought a lot of nervousness. I didn’t have a detailed birth plan—my only real goal was a safe, healthy delivery for both me and my baby.
From the very first conversation, Kathy's warmth, reassurance, and genuine kindness put me at ease. It felt like much of my anxiety about birth lifted just by speaking with her. I knew I could count on Kathy to support and empower me every step of the way.
