There is a particular type of person that you want by your side when life gets hectic. You don't want a wishy washy lawyer who says, "we'll do what we can do and see what happens." No! You want the person who is confident, knowledgeable, and one who has an unwavering winning attitude. What about a pilot? Do you want the person who freaks out in an emergency because they are inexperienced?
