Those first few weeks after birth for a first time mom are very overwhelming and Dilpreet was able to provide a calm reassurance and practical help. She supported me in many ways - whether it was helping with the baby so I could rest, guiding me through the feeding challenges, making those delicious lactation cookies, or simply sharing knowledge about navigating the motherhood journey. Having her help during those initial few weeks really were helpful and allowed me to recover and learn a lot of things.
