I cannot put into words how grateful I am for the support I received from Saralicia . After a very difficult pregnancy where I often felt like decisions were out of my hands, she helped me and my husband feel truly prepared and confident going into delivery. She took the time to educate me, and empowered me to make informed choices about my birth.
Together, we created a 3 different birth plans that reflected my wishes and gave me the tools to advocate for myself no matter which way delivery went. Having her by ourside made all the difference—I felt heard, supported, and strong throughout the entire process. She helped my husband to feel helpful, useful and included during the whole process as well.
Thanks to her guidance and steady presence, I was able to experience a birth that was even more positive than I could have imagined, and I did it without pain medication, which felt incredible. She not only helped me welcome my baby into the world, but also gave me the gift of believing in myself during one of the most important moments of my life. She also took a few pictures and video shortly after delivery that is priceless to us.
