If you're on the fence about getting Keisha as your doula, do it. I don't know what I would have done without her, especially as a first time mom. She's well known and respected by many local providers, and for good reason. She's extremely knowledgeable and competent in all things birth. She's also compassionate and an extraordinary communicator. Keisha informed me on the hospital that would best accommodate my birth plan, and helped create that birth plan. She walked me through what to expect throughout my pregnancy and birth, encouraged me to take labor and childbirth classes, and she was consistently available. I'm so thankful she was by my side (behind me, wherever she needed to be lol) during my labor and birth. I know I did the best thing for my family and my birth journey by working with Keisha.
