We couldn't be happier with using Vine & co for our doula services! We connected with Kali well into my third trimester, and despite the tighter turnaround time before baby's arrival, Kali spent so much time with me and my husband preparing for labor and delivery (physically and emotionally!). She was so easy-going, encouraging and hopeful as we discussed things that were important to us in the birth process. We really appreciated how Kali honors a woman's instincts in labor, and how she prioritizes a physiological birth as she supported us. I had a longer labor, but Kali was always there answering questions via texts or calls (all through the night) until I was admitted into our birth center. She met us there early in the morning and was such a calm and encouraging presence throughout the day and when I needed it most! I always knew I wanted to work with a doula, but working with Kali made it clear how important it was to have her there. Between her hands-on physical support with positioning, to the way she supported me emotionally and mentally through highs and lows with her words of affirmation and calm and confident presence, I am so thankful and honored we could work with Kali! We are so grateful for her!
