Alexia was amazing from day 1. She was extremely responsive and answered all of my crazy questions. She would also follow up on our conversations with articals and additional information to help my husband and I throughout the way. She was a tremendous help during my pregnancy, and labor! We found out baby was breached at 27 weeks. We quickly pivoted to have our plan support the safest options for our baby boy. We ended up with a scheduled c-section and she was able to be with me the entire time (aside from the operating room). She helped me to understand my options at all times, and advocated for me post surgery. At every moment Alexia listened attentively, advocated for me, and helped me to understand what other options I had available.
