I am so grateful for Esmie during my birth experience. She was with me for my second birth and it made all the difference. The prenatal appointment we had together where she went through diffrent movements and stretchs that would help prepare me for borth was absolutley game changing. During my entire labor (contactions had lasted for days) she was available to texts/call and supportive through all my excessive questions. She did everything I asked for and more. She took tons of pictures and videos for me, she reminded me of breathing techniques and things I needed to stay relaxed. I am so blessed for the encouraging and calm environment that she helped create. She encouraged me to listen to my body and the cues I was feeling and adovocate for myself. She was very comforting and just all around amazing. If I ever have another baby I will definitly have esmie there!
