I was initially on the fence about whether or not I wanted a doula for L&D. We decided to move forward with Deniqua, and I'm so glad we did. Deniqua helped provide feedback on my birth plan and brought up aspects I didn't even think to include or specify. When it came to my actual labor, she was so helpful to have there. On top of my primary OBGYN not being able to deliver my baby and having a doctor I had never met, the hospital had zero beds available, so I had to labor in the OBER room for quite some time. Deniqua got there so quickly and immediately sprang into action. She advocated for me when things were taking longer than they should, and she helped my partner better support me during delivery. I highly recommend Deniqua and am grateful I had her there during my delivery.
