Brejanae was our birth doula for our first baby. She was very informative in the lead up to the birth of our baby girl, providing recommendations for exercises and stretching - alongside a prep visit for what to expect during labor and delivery aswell as how to prepare for postpartum. Not only was she calm and reassuring for me in the lead up but also made sure that my husband felt included and gave him suggestions to help support me. During labor Brejanae was calm while also adding in a great sense of humour and flexible ideas. She has so many techniques and tools! I had a long labor (32 hrs!) which ended in a C-section but Bre was so patient staying for over a day with us to help bring our baby into the world.
