My labor was fast, so his time as birth doula was short, but the pelvic counter pressure he provided was EXTREMELY helpful in getting through an unmedicated birth as comfortable as possible. Before and after delivery he was consistent and considerate in checking in on us and being available to help anyway he could. I am very thankful for his help and very happy that he was my birth doula
