Heidy was super helpful both before during and after giving birth, always available to answer questions and doubts we had about the giving birth process and lactation unfortunately i got complications when going into labor but this made having Heidy around even more essential, her knowledge of hospitals and delivery help us navigate this challenging time which helped smooth out a lot of the turbulence during these complications, her advice during this time was wonderful.
Heidy also helped us once baby was at home for a few nights which helped us better adapt to the baby schedule, during these nights Heidy gave us a lot of tips to help our baby build a sleep routine which has shown a lot of benefits 4 months in.
