Shelia was so helpful during my labor. She was a godsend who happened to be helping out at the hospital I was at and popped into my room to say hello. She was AMAZING and I couldn't have done it without her and my awesome nurse. Shelia really helped my slow and stubborn labor progress and worked my body in ways that helped my baby girl descend to prepare for labor. I was already hooked up to an epidural and could hardly move but that didn't deter her at all. She was able to prop me up to get things moving with her hands. It was the best doula experience I have ever had and I was so lucky to have her help out that tough day. I will forever be grateful.
