I'm so beyond grateful for Jaya. I can't recommend her and having a doula enough as a first time mom. She was with me during my C section and also postpartum. I was able to get sleep, become more confident in caring for my baby, and also just enjoy time with my baby instead of being scared or stressed. I truly believe having a doula helped prevent postpartum depression for me. Jaya is so kind and empathetic. She is not judgmental ever and i immediately felt comfortable around her.
