I had the most wonderful experience with Jess as my doula for my labor and delivery. She has such a calming and grounding presence that made me feel supported every step of the way. From the start, she made sure I stayed focused and comfortable, even setting up a TENS machine that helped me through hours of contractions.
Her soothing voice and affirmations were incredibly reassuring, and she gently guided me through each contraction and position change. She even brought a humidifier with essential oils that created such a peaceful atmosphere.
What I appreciated most was how she fully respected and supported all of my decisions. She remembered everything we had discussed in our prenatal visits and made sure those wishes were honored in the delivery room. I never felt pressured by anyone because Jess was such a strong advocate, ensuring I was always heard.
I truly believe my positive birth experience was in large part because of her care and presence. I can’t recommend Jess enough to anyone looking for calm, compassionate, and unwavering support during their birthing journey.
