She helped us to feel educated about our options and well prepared, especially considering this was our first baby. Natalie is such a warm and calming presence and effortlessly became part of our "team" as we geared up for this life-altering event. We felt that Natalie was well-informed and knowledgeable and did a really good job of sharing information neutrally, not pressuring us and holding space for us to make our own decisions. For our actual birth, it was so helpful to have an objective support person in the room who could act as an emotional anchor when things didn't go as planned. Natalie was an amazing resource to help keep us calm, and she also helped reiterate and keep track of information that was shared during our birth process. This was particularly helpful as in the moment, with heightened emotions, our ability to retain information was definitely impacted. We also appreciated Natalie's ongoing support following our daughter's birth, especially being able to debrief and process our experience.
