Alissa was amazing! During my pregnancy she was such a great resource with tips and exercises to do in order to prepare for birth. My husband and I were able to tailor our pre-birth appts to our needs which was great!
She was even more of an asset during my labor and delivery! She kept things going during my labor, helped to always think of new positions to help baby along and labor going! I was able to maintain my goal of an unmedicated birth in large part because of her encouragement and help! She was also a great added advocate for me in the labor and delivery room! Between my husband and her I was able to maintain all my birth wishes for my hospital delivery! Her postpartum doula help, was also very helpful!
I would 100% recommend Alissa to anyone in need of a doula! You won’t go wrong!
