Jackie was an amazing doula! I connected with her late in my pregnancy but she made it a point to meet in person a few times before my due date. My pregnancy became high risk and my birth plans changed but Jackie was able to keep me calm and grounded as we navigated the best path forward. I was scared and nervous about the unknown but Jackie would remind me to focus on the things that I could control and trust the process. I ended up having a scheduled C-section at 37 weeks with a specialist in Seattle. Jackie was there by my side through the whole process (even in the operating room).
