We had the absolute best experience with Meredith as our birth doula. From pregnancy through labor and delivery, she was such an incredible support system—always encouraging, always available for questions, and always ready to explain things in a way that made us feel informed and confident.
During labor, she was a true calming force for both me and my spouse. She also advocated for me, making sure the medical team stayed as close to my birth plan as possible and speaking up when I wasn’t in a place to. The way she balanced supporting me while also making sure my partner felt included and reassured was such a gift. I truly don’t know how we would have navigated everything without her guidance and presence.
Meredith is compassionate, knowledgeable, and just all-around amazing at what she does. I cannot recommend her enough—if you’re looking for a doula, she is the one!
