Within 5 minutes of meeting Kim, I felt at ease. She was incredibly knowledgeable, calming and caring and exactly the person I wanted next to me in one of the most vulnerable and intimidating moments of my life. Kim walked me through all of the possibilities I could encounter during labor and explained a multitude of outcomes to help me be as prepared as possible for the big day.
While I was in labor, she guided me every step of the way. She kept me calm, confident and essentially took over the role of the nurses. My doctor looked to her for information on my status and she took diligent notes as labor progressed. If I could have taken her home with me, I would have! I would recommend Kim 1000x over again and will absolutely be calling her for my next baby!
