She was there for me through the whole process and helped me have a smooth labor. The experience was something I will never forget in my life and if it wasn't for her guiding me I don't believe my labor or pregnancy would've been a better experience thean the last, she offers emotional support and techniques that helped me get through it all and she helped me stay calm every step of the way. Because of Raquel I recommend a doula to every pregnant women I see they may not get lucky with the one I had !! But definitely amazing amazing amazing for all pregnant women.
