My husband and I feel so fortunate to have Kristina with us during our pregnancy, labor, and birth. Kristina was so easy to communicate with and we felt an instant connection with her. During my pregnancy, she provided helpful information and strategies and asked really insightful questions that prompted some important reflections on our part. When I went into labor, I struggled with lower back pain and Kristina met us at our house and supported me through movements to help baby get in a more optimal position. It made a huge difference in my ability to cope. She helped us make the decision to leave for the birth center. At the birth center, Kristina provided gentle support for me, my husband, and my mom through out the night. She gracefully handled jumping in when needed and stepping back when appropriate. I so appreciated her talking me through contractions, cheering me on during pushing, and holding my hand when my husband had his hands full with the new baby. On top of all that, she took absolutely beautiful photos during the entire labor that we treasure. We are so so grateful for Kristina and recommend her highly!!
