I absolutely LOVED the float session with Latch onto Health. It was such a laid-back, relaxing experience, on a beautiful morning, with birds fluttering about, in a beautiful pool, with beautiful women. I am not pregnant, but even my five-time birthing hips and back felt relaxed floating with my belly down on the nifty floats, made especially for pregnant women to lay belly down on for relief in their backs and legs! With Esprit Oree soaking us in a calming sound bath, after some breath work, along with the sounds of nature, I was feeling more relaxed than I have in a long long time being a busy Mother to five wild and creative kids. I left with a full heart and hope for building the community I have been lacking over the past few years. I look forward to the experience again and hope others continue to take advantage of this unique offering for mommas. Christina and her team are creating the community we need to thrive as Mothers. I am incredibly honored and glad to be here to help nurture it!
