By the time my labour rolled around my husband and I felt like we knew her so well and were ready to face what ended up being a marathon of a labour. Jolene was such a champ as she stayed up all night supporting my husband and I as our original birth plan fell through. Having a familiar face accompany us to the hospital was so comforting and Jolene was able to help us ask the right questions even when we felt overwhelmed.
