Jessica changed the game for our delivery, and I would recommend her again and again! We didn't connect until I was already 36 weeks along in my pregnancy, but she entered this pregnancy journey with all of the grace and encouragement I needed to finish well! She was super thorough in our initial consultation and put me right at ease; her experience, skill, and knowledge are undeniable. She took great notes so she would ensure we were all on the same page for the big day! During my labor and delivery, she was my fearless advocate, patient helper, and passionate encourager. We labored through the night together in my home, and she was intentional to be there so my husband could rest in the night. In the hospital, she was excellent at communicating all of our options and supporting our decisions. When things changed and we had to head to the OR for a c-section after an almost 40 hour labor, she was right there with us, reassuring me that we had done everything we could to get my VBAC, and that heading to the OR was not a failure. Even though a repeat c-section was not what I wanted, her encouragement and photos helped me to emotionally work through the change of plans and see it as something truly beautiful and peaceful; her presence brought redemption to my delivery. Again, could not recommend her enough and 100% plan on working with her again in the future!
