Caroline was our doula for our daughter, who was born in May 2025. From the beginning, Caroline was communicative, professional, and prompt. She was clear when describing the doula services she offered, and she made my husband and I feel very comfortable.
We had two prepartum visits with her, and both were packed full of useful information. Caroline covered all the need-to-knows (birth plan, counterpressure techniques, etc.) while also answering our many unrelated questions. Leading up to labor, Caroline regularly checked on me and my husband and made sure that we felt prepared with everything needed. She also had great recommendations for affordable newborn care and lactation classes.
I was very unexpectedly induced, and Caroline turned an experience that could have been awful into a strongly positive birth experience. She brought a calm competency to the hospital room, helped make me comfortable, and put me in the most effective laboring positions.
Beyond labor, Caroline's postpartum support has been invaluable. My husband and I have had many questions about various aspects of newborn care, and Caroline has consistently been our go-to for informed, thoughtful answers. Her combination of kind, supportive energy and practical know-how has been a lifesaver.
