Laura was flexible with our start date when we had a few hiccups and needed to adjust, and the first time she came over when we were sleep deprived from the hospital she marched in like she’d been there a million times. She immediately jumped in as if this was her 100th night with us and it was so reassuring knowing she was there.
My late night chats with Laura, when I was waking up ever 2/3 hours to BF, made the lack of sleep more doable. She was incredibly knowledgeable whenever we had a question and most importantly so good with our little one. She made polite, informed, suggestions on things to help make us more comfortable or our set up smoother. We’d even wake up to the dishes in the sink being done on occasion.
My husband and I feel extremely fortunate to have been able to have Laura over that first month that we were home.
