From day one, she was a total wealth of knowledge—patiently answering our endless questions, giving us book recs, connecting us with trusted professionals like an acupuncturist and pelvic floor therapist, and just generally making herself available whenever we needed guidance, even postpartum.
What stood out most was her balance. Julie always had a clear, evidence-based perspective on what was advisable, but she never lost sight of what was realistic for us in the moment. She never once made us feel judged or pushed toward a particular path—just supported, informed, and empowered to make the choices that felt right for our family.
She was prepared and professional (showing up with thoughtful discussion topics and even slides to walk us through key decisions), but also warm, calming, and caring in a way that made us feel like her top priority.
