Words cannot express how grateful I am to have worked with Doula Dasha and the Seattle Birth Co! I was referred to Doula Dasha by my chiropractic team very late in my pregnancy, at 37 weeks, after being declined by numerous other doulas due to my birth plan of a vaginal birth after two prior c-sections (VBA2C). Dasha was willing and enthusiastic about accepting me and helping me achieve my goal of a successful VBA2C from the very beginning. My only regret is not finding her sooner to be able to work with her longer! After our first meeting, I felt at ease, supported, and, for the first time in my pregnancy, confident that I would achieve my dream birth. Dasha was available by phone for coaching and insight during my active labor at home- which was a very fast 3.5 hours. I arrived to the hospital at 10cm dilated and Dasha arrived shortly after to provide the encouragement and support I needed to deliver my baby girl- 100% unmedicated and only 15 minutes of pushing! I cannot recommend Doula Dasha and her team enough to anyone who is looking for support and encouragement to accomplish their birth goals (whatever they may be) with the most caring and educated team behind them. I am forever grateful, thank you Doula Dasha!
