Sophia is an incredible doula! She supported me through my birth in early August, and I am so glad she was on my team. From the moment we did our initial consultation to see if we were a match, I immediately knew I wanted her to be my birth doula. She felt like a friend that would be in my corner! She has tons of knowledge, resources, and is super communicative and responsive! She meets her clients where they are at and is supportive of whatever birth plan you decide for yourself. My birth went pretty much how I envisioned, and Sophia was great at reminding me and my partner how to advocate for ourselves in the moment. I had minimal interventions during birth, and that was definitely due to Sophia reminding me of the tools we discussed to either buy more time or review options har I had. Thank you Sophia for making my birth experience so positive!! If I decide to have more kids, I will be hiring Sophia again as my doula!
