Megan was our family's night doula for nearly 4 months, and her support provided a semblance of calm in an otherwise chaotic time (twin newborns!!!). She came in with a helpful, no non-sense approach -- immediately knowing how to handle the needs of our preemie, twin boys. This included paced feedings, side-lying feedings, fortifying bottles, various soothing techniques, and she even shared suggestions for topics to discuss with our pediatrician. As our twins progressed and gradually slept for more extended periods of time, Megan was flexible with our pre-committed schedule and helped to provide coverage during unplanned hours as well.
She gave our family the gift of sleep, stability, but also grace when things needed to change. Definitely would recommend!
