We had the pleasure of working with Stella as a temporary nanny, and I can’t recommend her enough. She supported us during a big transition as we went from one child to two under two, caring for both our newborn and toddler with incredible patience, warmth, and skill.
Stella was extremely flexible and always respected my pace and comfort level, especially when it came to letting someone care for such a fresh baby. She is well-educated, gentle, playful, and highly capable of managing two little ones at once. She collaborated closely with us as parents, adapting to our preferences rather than following rigid routines, which made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful.
We also worked with Stella for one night as a night nanny, and she helped me catch up on some much-needed sleep. She offered several options and arrangements based on my preferences for caring for my newborn at night (mix of nursing and bottle feeding expressed milk), which allowed me to rest while still feeling comfortable and supported.
Our toddler absolutely loved when she came over, and she even helped with light housework, making a big difference in our daily routine.
Overall, Stella stepped in and made my life easier. Her passion in her work and love for children is palpable. She provided care and support in a personalized, compassionate way, and I’m so grateful for the role she played during such an important transition for our family. We can't thank her enough!
