She exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond from the initial visit to the post partum visit. Her demeanor is professional and compassionate and that’s exactly what I wanted and needed. She worked beautifully with the medical team, and supported me every step of the way. Elissa was so helpful in helping me understand intervention options and in advocating for things I had included in my birth plan when I asked for it. While I was planning to do a natural birth, I did end up needing interventions. She helped me continue to feel empowered and positive even though the plan had changed.
