Having someone who is competent, and experienced in labor and delivery brought me so much solace. I first met Mia as a nursing student, observing her work with my patient, and her client. I was really impressed with her guidance of the pregnant person that I knew I wanted to hire her for my own birth. Im so glad I did as I managed to get to 7cm dilated solely with relaxation techniques and Nitrous oxide. Although I ended up asking for an epidural, I felt like my overall experience was enhanced and moved slightly faster than my first 39 hour labor.
