We used her support for overnights after we had our baby in December. It was tough because our baby was nearly 3 weeks late so some planning was difficult to align. She was very responsive. I (not a typically emotional person!) was not the easiest pregnant/postpartum person to deal with, and she was still very nice. Above all, she is focused on safety and very amazing with babies. She is like a baby whisperer. We have recommended her to a few people.
