Initially during pregnancy we were not familiar with the doula and importance of having doula during child birth. During our birth class we learnt about doula concept and found Liza via this website. Having Liza during our child birth was one of the best decisions we made. I had initial chat with her where we discussed my requirements, later she visited us and we discussed my preferences in detail. She clarified lot of questions for us and noted all our preferences. As promised Liza joined us at hospital when I was 6cm dilated. She changed the ambiance as soon as she stepped in. I felt very confident and supported. She brought heat packs and helped me through each and every contraction. She helped me with multiple labor friendly poses. At one point we got had to break water and she guided us through the decision making process. I was in active labor for over 12 hours and Liza was invited completely in the process through out this time. She also visited us after child birth and discussed multiple critical health care tips. I highly recommend Liza to every parents looking for doula. She is the best!
