We hired Lynzi as our birth doula and I am so happy we did! From the initial phone consultation, to our two prenatal visits, to the birth and postpartum visits, Lynzi went above and beyond empowering us with information, educating us, and ensuring we were adequately prepared for birth. She sent me a ton of resources and checked in frequently throughout my pregnancy. She was immensely helpful during labor and throughout the birth, helping with coping strategies for pain and optimal positions to move baby down, etc. In postpartum, she went out of her way to visit us at both the hospital and home, helping temedously with breastfeeding and our baby's latch, and answering all sorts of baby questions we had - she is truly an expert. Most of all, she is incredibly warm, kind and a calming presence. If you are looking for a birth or postpartum doula, you will not regret making Lynzi a part of your team!
