Before birth, Keely provided us with education and resources for birth and labor stages, including movement exercises and tools to prepare for labor. I was much more prepared with her advice and knowledge.
Labor: Keely, my husband, and I labored together. With her support, I was transported into deep meditation as she sounded with me through each contraction. With Keely by my side, I felt safe and strong.
She also was tuned into my partner. I wanted him close which meant a lot of squatting for him. She found him chairs and encouraged him to eat too.
Her care and support has continued post partum. We love her and would absolutely encourage others to invite her into their birth team.
