Jena is an unbelievable human being, and such an amazing doula. She is truly pure sunshine. After a terrible first birth with every medical intervention known to man, I was determined to have a better experience for my second time. It was a no brainer picking Jena to be by “sidekick” through the entire process…pregnancy, delivery, and postpartum. She was my voice when I was too scared to speak up. She was my advocate for my baby before my baby was even born…and she was my partner through all the decision making, letting me lead and holding my hand (quite literally) every step of the way. My birth was beautiful. It was everything I wanted and it’s all thanks to Jena and her knowledge, calmness, preparedness and good vibes helping me surrender into what truly can be a beautiful experience. I cannot recommend Jena enough and sometimes wish I could do it all again… it was that amazing!
