Kristina is AMAZING! After a rocky first birth, we were looking for a Doula who was knowledgeable about birth, relaxed and flexible. Kristina excelled in all areas and ensured we had an amazing (even healing) birth experience with our second. Prior to the birth of our son, we met with Kristina and she took lots of time to talk through his birth with us, answer any questions we may be have, practice birthing positions, understand our desires for the birth experience, etc. She was so easy to talk to, very flexible and knew so much about the process of birth. She provided lots of resources for us as well! During our birth she was so supportive of our decisions, provided meaningful thoughts at important points in the process, and helped a lot with positioning across the experience. The birth was so smooth and Kristina was a major part of that. We highly recommend her!
