I was very disappointed with my experience with Isha. We hired her as our postpartum doula, signed a contract, and paid in advance for her services. However, when the time came for support, she became completely unresponsive. We tried reaching her multiple times through text, email, and her booking link, with no reply.
During the postpartum period, when support is most needed, she was absent, which added unnecessary stress. We’ve requested a refund for the unused hours (valued at $300), but have not received any response. This level of unprofessionalism was incredibly disheartening, especially at such a vulnerable time.
