From the first phone conversation with Wendy she made me feel cared for and listened to. I reached out to Wendy after a hard few weeks navigating doctors appointments in my first pregnancy. She made me feel heard and offered helpful suggestions on my journey through my pregnancy. She made sure to check in frequently and talk about the good and the bad that I dealt with. Along with a few meetings in person that made me and my husband feel confident and comfortable with her.
When it came time for my delivery, Wendy provided the support my husband and I needed. She gave my husband and I the love, comfort, and care we needed during my labor. My birth plan did not go according to plan (does it ever?) but Wendy was with me along the way offering helpful advice and support, helping me achieve birth without and epidural. I am so thankful for her presence at my birth and my husband and I both have said we couldn't have done it without her. Wendy continued to check in with me during postpartum. I truly feel like I have gained a lifelong friend during this experience and plan to hire Wendy in future pregnancy and deliveries. Wendy truly is a gem and we are so thankful to have crossed paths with her.
