I cannot say enough how much I recommend Inspire Doula Services! Angela was my doula for my first baby and my twin pregnancy 1 year later. I had a lot of questions but she was always there for me! She did an incredible job at helping me feel calm and prepared during my pregnancy. She was very responsive and helpful up until delivery while I navigated all of my false alarms. Most importantly, both of my labor and delivery experiences went as well as I could have hoped and I fully credit her with making that possible! She had exactly the right tips and tools to help me with pain management and to navigate all of the stressful unpredictable moments during labor and delivery. I wished to have a calm, intimate, unmediated childbirth with as few interventions as possible; with her calm and assertive support and advocacy, both birth experiences were everything I had hoped for.
