I've really enjoyed the 7,5 months I spent with Renee as my postpartum doula. I didn't need anyone for the birth itself, but my main goal was to have an extra pair of hands when the little one arrives, since I don't have any family or close friends around. Renee has been a tremendous help: she easily adjusted to my fluctuating schedule, helped me with house chores or running errands. And most importantly- she listens, validates and cares! Remembers the tiny details from our conversations, always finds the words to actually show support and sometimes share a laugh. I'm grateful and blessed to have had her on my motherhood journey.
